I have a water front house that is over 20 years old, so it looks really old and have some problems like pipe etc. I don’t know.
YS General Contracting provided total service solution, they did bed room renovation / deck repair and paint / fix a lots of hidden problems include garage / interior and exterior repair and paint etc.

We contacted YS General Contracting, after receiving a recommendation from a neighbour. From the initial consultation and throughout the project, Ted and his crew did a fantastic job. The whole team was professional, easy to deal with and took pride in their work. We are so happy with the quality of work done and have received many compliments on our new fence. They worked with us to design the deck, stairs and pergola that we envisioned and created the shape and look that absolutely nailed 🙂 what we wanted.
Over the course of the planning they came up with several different ideas for the attachment of the pergola supports to the house and for the shape of the stairs. It was lovely to see the options and work with them to personalize the design.
We highly recommend them! They are hugely experienced and worked diligently to finish the work in one and a half days! :):)

We had a variety of jobs to get done at our new house. I am very particular and have been unimpressed by some of the work I have seen done in the past by other tradespeople. So, I was honestly concerned about getting someone else to oversee the work. However, I had to because I am still living in another city.
I was honestly very pleased with Ted and YS General Contracting. It was pretty effortless from my end. Ted got everything organized. He trouble shot along the way to make sure that things were done properly when the inevitable-hidden-behind-dry-wall-surprises came up. We had a variety of jobs: knocking out a wall, replacing two ceilings, potlights, moving some lightswitches that were in dumb spots, and getting the garage totally redone. Things were done properly and in a timely fashion – both the big and small jobs.
Great work, professional, courteous staff. I have had pergola, deck, fence, and basement finished over the years with them. This is the team I will call on for any worry free, quality contracting work.
